Romtec’s Model 2901 is designed with durable concrete block construction to withstand high-speed impacts, wind, and other turbulent natural forces. Our storm shelter models can be configured as basic, no-frills structures to iconic buildings that can be used year-round. This model in particular is a simple safe room with fixed benches, a storage area and an ADA compliant unisex restroom. This model is designed for a sitting and standing occupancy of 48 people. Additionally, Romtec’s engineers can customize any storm shelter according to your project specifications, such as by implementing water bottle drinking fountains inside, matching exteriors with an existing community structure, or simply incorporating a unique exterior design. Whether your storm shelter requires stone wainscot, split-face CMU block, or painted hardi board and batten exterior, Romtec can provide any of these options and they can do it within your budget!
