This Romtec Medium Storm Shelter Model 2905 has a larger layout in order to incorporate separate women’s and men’s restroom facilities connected to the community tornado safe room. The structure is designed with durable concrete blocks to withstand high-speed impacts, wind, and other turbulent natural forces. Romtec storm shelter models can be configured as basic, no-frills structures or iconic community buildings that can be used year-round. This storm shelter model is designed for an occupancy of 124 people with fixed benches for comfort. Additionally, Romtec’s engineers can customize any storm shelter according to your project specifications, such as by implementing water bottle drinking fountains inside, matching exteriors with an existing community structure, or simply incorporating a unique exterior design.
