DESCRIPTION:  Shower facilities require lots of space. This restroom-shower building’s 28 ft.-wide design allows an extra-large floor plan that meets ADA guidelines for wheelchair access and gives everyone plenty of room. The multi-user restrooms and private-entrance showers are spacious, partly due to the vaulted ceilings up to 13 feet high. The center storage/mechanical room has plenty of room for all utilities, water heating and supplies storage. Restroom and shower entrances have L-shaped privacy walls. Standard exterior finish is your choice of split-face or smooth concrete that can be easily overlaid with stucco, stone, wood or composite finishes.
