Romtec’s Custom Shelters & Pavilions give you full design control over this important part of your facility. Our architects and engineers can design the perfect structure for you. Choose a log pavilion made of sustainably harvested Oregon fir. Select a large steel shelter for picnics and other park activities.

We do it all: structural engineering, architectural design, lighting design and more. Our shelter and pavilion designs meet building codes in all 50 states. The complete structure arrives by truck for easy assembly by local labor or Romtec’s own installer.

Parks and sports complexes need multi-purpose facilities such as Romtec’s Custom Restroom-Concession Buildings. Romtec is the designer and supplier of choice for custom structures with concession space and public toilets. Concession stand designs meet all building codes and health and safety requirements. Restrooms are designed for capacity, comfort and ADA accessibility. 

No other restroom-concession design company offers all of Romtec’s hands-on services. Choose stainless plumbing fixtures and counters. Add roof extensions for shade and shelter. Configure the restrooms as you like – with a family room, individual locking bathrooms, even dressing rooms. If you already have existing restrooms, we’ll design and supply stand-alone concession stand buildings that are functional, easy to maintain and great looking.
