DESCRIPTION: The overall size of this compact bathroom facility is only 16’-8” x 24’, but you get a large covered entry for the two spacious public restrooms plus a big multipurpose room that can be configured for park maintenance, recreation programs and many other uses. Choose from concrete (2028) or SIP (2028ES) wall construction. The roof extension provides a large shelter at the restroom entries. Choose post/beam/truss of steel, dimensional wood or rustic log construction. Toilet facilities meet all ADA, UBC and ANSI requirements. Configure for separate men’s and women’s bathrooms or two unisex public restrooms.
