DESCRIPTION: Two ADA accessible private waterless toilets are included in Romtec’s SST® Aspen Compact Double Restroom. Bright and spacious vault toilet rooms are attractive, durable and very comfortable. The insulated SIP (structural insulated panels) roof won’t sweat like pre-cast concrete roofs, so restroom interiors stay nice and dry. Impervious underground vaults and flow-through vent system keep the entire restroom facility odor free. Choose solid concrete restroom walls or select SIP wall construction. Standard exterior finishes are split-face or smooth concrete block in brown or gray. Optional exteriors include cedar wood or Hardie (concrete) siding, stucco and masonry finishes.
