DESCRIPTION: Each of the men’s and women’s restroom-shower facilities in this Romtec building is 310 square feet. That’s huge! The rooms each have two standard and one ADA shower stall plus large multi-stall restrooms. Shower facilities can be fitted with corrosion-proof high-density polyethylene (HDPE) partitions, and the restrooms can be equipped with stainless steel plumbing fixtures. Choose the split-face or smooth concrete building exterior, or add stucco, masonry, wood or composition siding for a custom looking restroom-shower facility. Need extra storage space in your restroom-shower building? The mechanical room has plenty of room for all utilities and water heating plus tons of storage space.
