DESCRIPTION: This restroom-shower facility’s roomy floor plan meets ADA wheelchair access requirements as well as UBC and ANSI codes. It has both standard and ADA shower facilities in each of the men’s and women’s public restrooms. Entries have L-shaped privacy walls. Shower buildings need excellent ventilation; this one’s got it with large screened louvers throughout. Need an active HVAC system, the large mechanical room has plenty of space for HVAC and all utilities, water heating and supplies storage. Choose from split-face or smooth concrete exteriors, or add stucco, masonry, wood or composition siding for a custom looking restroom-shower facility.
