DESCRIPTION: Some locations call for a restroom-shower building with the restroom and shower sharing the same space. This floor plan offers a private shower in each of the men’s and women’s public restrooms. Choose from split-face or smooth concrete exteriors, or add stucco, masonry, wood or composition siding for a custom looking restroom-shower facility. Entries have L-shaped privacy walls. Standard powder-coated steel restroom partitions are available in several colors, or choose optional HDPE partitions. The large, open floor plan meets ADA guidelines for wheelchair access. The center storage/mechanical room has plenty of room for all utilities, water heating and supplies storage.
