DESCRIPTION: You can have complete restroom-shower facilities that reflect the character of your campground, waterpark, marina or RV park – wherever you need shower buildings with public restrooms that meet ADA, UBC and ANSI accessibility/building codes. This building has four showers, both men’s and women’s standard and ADA shower facilities. Entrances to showers and restrooms are behind L-shaped privacy walls. The mechanical room is spacious, over 150 sq. ft. and with a 13 ft. high ceiling for extra storage space. There are six skylights and large gable-end windows and louvers for plenty of natural light. The passive ventilation system moves air without fans.
