DESCRIPTION: The gable roof extension on this restroom-shower building not only looks nice, it provides a margin of shelter and safety in case of bad weather in any waterpark, campground or boat launch. The total building footprint, including shelter is nearly 400 sq. ft. This restroom-shower building includes a complete stainless ADA shower system with bench and your choice of porcelain china or stainless steel toilet and sink. Utilities and water heater fit in the 60 sq. ft. storage/mechanical room. Available exterior finishes include concrete, masonry, stucco, wood or composition siding. Choose concrete (2053) or SIP (2053ES) wall construction.
