DESCRIPTION: Romtec’s 2087 restroom-concession building is surprisingly roomy, due in part to the vaulted ceilings up to 13’ high. The bright and roomy concession stand is equipped with energy-efficient fluorescent lighting plus three large skylights. Storage and mechanical space interconnects to the concession stand. There are two private ADA restrooms that are large enough to be used as family restrooms. All this fits in a multipurpose restroom concession stand building that fits into any park, since it’s under 500 sq. ft.
