DESCRIPTION: We added roof extensions to the Sierra Quattro restroom-concession building for a multipurpose park facility that has it all: four public toilets, weather shelter, concession and storage. Romtec’s 2046 floor plan makes room for two ADA public toilets at one end of the building and two standard restrooms at the other end. Choose from concrete (2046) or SIP (2046ES) wall construction. Configure for separate men’s and women’s bathrooms or four unisex public restrooms. Both ends of the restroom-concession structure have large roof extensions for shelter and shade; choose steel, dimensional wood or rustic log construction.
