Have you ever tried starting a project and had no idea where to start? Well, designing your Romtec structure is a lot like building a house; you’re allowed to be creative and have fun. We built a home about 10 years ago and it was a lot of fun picking and choosing every little detail.

First of all, find a floor plan you like. Give us a call and we will modify your floor plan until your design is exactly what you and/or your client are looking for. If you don’t see what you want, Romtec’s Engineering Dept. will design your structure.

Visualize what you want your building to look like when it’s finished. Go to our website and check out the standard and custom features to get all sorts of ideas. This will be of great value to helping you see just what you can do.

Exterior:
Split or smooth-face block with large array of color selection, Stone veneer, Cedar Board & batten, Log, Hardi-plank, Cedar Lap, Shake, Stucco, or a combination of any of these options.

Roofing:
Metal – determine the style, profile, gauge, and colors, composition shingle, Shake – wood, concrete, steel, and Tile.

Plumbing:
China or stainless steel, floor or wall mount, handle flush-o-meter, push button, concealed electronic.

These are just a few of the options you have available to you. Some of the other areas are electrical fixtures, customizing the powder coat colors for the doors, window frames, wall vents, etc, flooring, interior walls and the list goes on.
