It’s really quite simple to order a Romtec building package, this is the way:
• You (the customer) request a quote from Romtec.
• You have Romtec “tweak” the quote until you are satisfied you have everything you need.
• You send Romtec a P.O. if you are a government agency or you request a Romtec generated P.O. for your signature, if you are a contractor. Even if you don’t need your building right away this will begin the process and lock in your price.
• Romtec sends you a “Preliminary Scope of Supply & Design Submittal (SSDS) for review and approval.
• You send the all the mark-ups for the plans (if applicable), specifications, and submittals back along with the completed sign off documents and we will revise.
• Romtec will launch your building order. Timing, is up to you.
• Romtec will send the Architect the plans for a full review and request the sealed plans and calculations. Note: This applies to Sierra and Utility buildings for most projects with the exception of GSA / Federal projects.
• Romtec will send you the Final Scope of Supply & Design Submittal with the final plans andspec’s.
• Romtec will have your building package ready to ship in 6 weeks, unless you don’t need the building right away.
• Romtec will provide any construction and technical service needed to construct your building, orwe can provide turnkey (supply & install) services in most states.
• You receive your building package and you are on your way to having a pre-engineered buildingcompleted for your project.
