When it comes to Romtec, I see the company and what we do from two very different levels. First I see Romtec as something my father started and built into what it is today, a very good family owned business that offers the best restroom facilities in the country. As a family member I take great pride in what has happened here at Romtec over the years. On the other hand, I take great pride in being full time at Romtec for the last 15+ years.
As an employee, I have done many jobs within the company. I work with many dedicated employees daily who make Romtec what it is today. While doing my job here I have had the pleasure of being a part of a team that has built and sent buildings a half mile down the road, and others as far as Guam.
The work at Romtec always brings challenges and it is very satisfying when we pull together and make it all work for our customers. Watching Romtec grow from a small family business, and being a part of that growth, is something I am very proud of. At the end of the day, the Romtec team always wants to bring the best ideas and buildings to its customers. Being both an employee and part of the family ownership I can say that what we do here is second to none.
