Planning & building custom buildings is a niche that Romtec has worked very hard to achieve.  When a customer has an idea, Romtec brings the customer’s vision to life. Whether the restroom is waterless or plumbed, it can be customized.  The exteriors can be customized to match existing buildings in the area, and the interiors can be customized to meet the needs of the people that use them.  If you need an office, ticket booth, weight room, meeting room, concession room, storage room, announcer’s booth, kitchenette, shower room, locker room, family room or any other kind of room, Romtec can design it.

Custom BuildingRomtec can incorporate most of the new “green” products on the market into our buildings.  Romtec offers a wide range of products for the interior of a public restroom building, such as vandal resistant anti-graffiti coatings (these can be used on interior and exterior surfaces), non breakable mirrors, and HDPE partitions to name a few.  Sometimes a building requires higher end items such as granite countertops, custom cabinets, and tile work for walls and floors, which Romtec can also incorporate into your custom restroom.  The exterior is fully customizable as well, and can include siding packages like stone veneer, lap siding, board and batten, log siding, stucco, and hardi-board sidings.  You can even dress up your building with a roof extension made of logs, dimensional lumber or steel.  Custom colors are available for the doors, vents, and windows. When it comes to custom roofing, the sky is the limit.  Customize your restroom with different types of metal, or clay tiles, shake tiles, composition, and concrete tile.

Let Romtec design your next building that requires specialty products such as hurricane rated roofing and doors, or marine grade roofing and specially coated metal designed to resist corrosion for coastal areas or flood zones. Romtec can design a building to meet and exceed your needs and wants.
