Romtec’s Sierra IV Value Multi-user Restrooms offer lots of space in men’s and women’s ADA accessible public restrooms, plus a storage/mechanical room with plenty of room for all utilities, water heating and supplies storage. The high, vaulted ceiling makes this public toilet facility especially roomy. Restroom entries have L-shaped privacy walls, and the standard exterior finish is your choice of split-face or smooth concrete that can be easily overlaid with stucco, stone or wood trim.
