DESCRIPTION: Romtec’s Sierra III Value buildings offer lots of space in men’s and women’s public restrooms. The large, open floor plan meets ADA guidelines for wheelchair access. Standard powder-coated steel restroom partitions are available in several colors, or choose our optional HDPE toilet partitions. The center storage/mechanical room has plenty of room for all utilities, water heating and supplies storage. Restroom entries have L-shaped privacy walls, and the standard exterior finish is your choice of split-face or smooth concrete that can be easily overlaid with stucco, stone or wood trim.
