DESCRIPTION: A pre-engineered public restroom with two extra rooms for many park and recreation uses, the Romtec 2027/2027ES building offers plenty of versatile public facility space in a compact public bathroom package. The building floor plan is only 16’-8” x 16’, but you get two spacious public restrooms, two roomy multipurpose rooms and covered shelter areas at both ends of the building totaling almost 300 sq. ft. Choose post/beam/truss of steel, dimensional wood or rustic log construction for the shelters. Toilet facilities meet all ADA, UBC and ANSI requirements. Choose from concrete (2027) or SIP (2027ES) wall construction. Configure for separate men’s and women’s bathrooms or two unisex public restrooms.
