The overall size of this compact bathroom facility is only 16’-8” x 18’, but the two public restrooms are very spacious and you have a big bonus room that can be configured for secure storage, ATV or mower parking, even on-site office space. Choose from concrete (2024) or SIP (2024ES) wall construction. Toilet facilities meet all ADA, UBC and ANSI requirements. Configure for separate men’s and women’s public bathrooms or two unisex toilet facilities.
