DESCRIPTION: This Romtec public restroom building has two private restrooms plus two multipurpose rooms and secure spaces for utilities and equipment/ supplies used by maintenance and recreation staff. This facility design works great for playgrounds and park restrooms needing separate space for recreation program storage. Add a sliding window to one of the multipurpose rooms and you’ve created a small park office. Toilet facilities meet all ADA, UBC and ANSI requirements. The concrete restroom (2023) is available in split-face or smooth exterior finish. The SIP building (2023ES) can be finished in standard concrete lap siding, stucco, wood or masonry.
