DESCRIPTION: Romtec public restroom models 2022 and 2022ES combine our compact double toilet facility with a mechanical room plus secure space for equipment and supplies. Maintenance staff will appreciate this easily maintained public bathroom with its large restroom utility space. The restroom interiors are bright and roomy. Choose signage for individual men’s and women’s toilets or two unisex facilities. For enhanced security, bathroom entrances have no view obstructions. The concrete restroom (2022) is available in split-face or smooth exterior finish. The SIP building (2022ES) can be finished in standard concrete lap siding, stucco, wood or masonry. This facility design works great for event center toilets, rest stop restrooms, beach bathrooms or golf course facilities.
