DESCRIPTION: This restroom-shower building’s roomy floor plan meets ADA wheelchair access requirements as well as UBC and ANSI codes. Men’s and women’s rooms each have two standard and one ADA shower stall plus large multi-user restrooms. Standard restroom partitions of powder-coated steel are available in several colors, or choose optional high-density polyethylene (HDPE) partitions. Entrances have concrete privacy walls. Choose from split-face or smooth concrete exteriors, or add stucco, masonry, wood or composition siding for a custom looking restroom-shower facility. The center storage/mechanical room has plenty of room for all utilities, water heating and supplies storage.
