Choose split-face or smooth concrete exterior, or you can customize the look with masonry, stucco, wood or composite finishes. Shower facilities include both standard and ADA accessible showers that meet current ANSI requirements, too. Privacy walls shield from view the entrances to showers and restrooms. There are eight skylights and large gable-end windows and screened louvers for plenty of natural light and ventilation. The mechanical room includes all utilities and has a high ceiling for extra storage space.
