DESCRIPTION: This is a large public restroom-shower facility with men’s and women’s entrances at one end of the building plus two private entrance showers at the other end. It’s a spacious restroom and shower building that is surprisingly compact. The total building footprint is just 576 sq. ft. The large, open restroom floor plan meets ADA guidelines for wheelchair access. The restrooms have standard powder-coated steel restroom partitions, available in several colors, or choose our optional HDPE partitions. The standard exterior finish is your choice of split-face or smooth concrete that can be easily overlaid with stucco, stone, wood or composite finishes.
