DESCRIPTION:  This restroom-shower building has four showers, both standard and ADA shower facilities in each of the men’s and women’s public restrooms. The roomy floor plan meets ADA wheelchair access requirements as well as UBC and ANSI codes. Choose from split-face or smooth concrete exteriors, or add stucco, masonry, wood or composition siding for a custom looking restroom-shower facility. Entries have L-shaped privacy walls. Standard powder-coated steel restroom partitions are available in several colors, or choose optional high-density polyethylene (HDPE) partitions. The center storage/mechanical room has plenty of room for all utilities, water heating and supplies storage.
