DESCRIPTION: Romtec restroom-shower buildings are bright and spacious. This building has six skylights and large gable-end windows and louvers for plenty of natural light. There are four showers, both men’s and women’s standard and ADA shower facilities. It’s a perfect shower building for campgrounds, RV parks and boat harbors. Restroom and shower entrances have L-shaped privacy walls. The standard exterior finish is your choice of split-face or smooth concrete that can be easily overlaid with stucco, stone, wood or composite finishes to match other buildings or meet design standards.. It meets ADA, UBC and ANSI accessibility requirements and building codes.
