DESCRIPTION: This large restroom-shower facility has a private shower in each of the men’s and women’s public restrooms. The open floor plan meets all ADA wheelchair access requirements plus UBC and ANSI codes. The big storage/mechanical room has plenty of room for all utilities, water heating and supplies storage. Choose from split-face or smooth concrete exteriors, or add stucco, masonry, wood or composition siding for a custom looking restroom-shower facility. Entries have L-shaped privacy walls. Standard powder-coated steel restroom partitions are available in several colors, or choose optional HDPE partitions.
