Yet it’s surprisingly spacious, with large, private restroom and shower rooms and vaulted ceilings over 11 feet high at the peak! Choose from concrete (2052) or tilt-up SIP (2052ES) wall construction and exterior finishes of concrete, masonry, stucco, wood or composition siding. Romtec restroom-shower buildings include a complete stainless dual shower system with bench and your choice of porcelain china or stainless steel toilet and lavatory. A 60 sq. ft. mechanical room houses all piping, water heater and electrical panel.
