DESCRIPTION: Here’s a great way to get four public restrooms plus a large concession stand in a single pre-engineered building. By locating the concession window on the side of the restroom-concession stand, Romtec’s 2044 floor plan makes room for two ADA public toilets at one end of the building and two standard restrooms at the other end. Choose from concrete (2044) or SIP (2044ES) wall construction. Configure for separate men’s and women’s bathrooms or four unisex public restrooms. Choose concrete, stucco, masonry or wood exterior for your new concession stand building.
