DESCRIPTION: We stretched the Sierra II Pioneer restroom-concession building to add a 4’ storage/mechanical room in the middle. This is an ideal floor plan for keeping supplies separate from the concession space – a good concession plus restroom setup for sports parks, and recreation centers. Choose from concrete (2035) or SIP (2035ES) wall construction. Toilet facilities meet all ADA, UBC and ANSI requirements. Configure for separate men’s and women’s bathrooms or two unisex public restrooms. Both ends of the restroom-concession structure have large roof extensions for shelter and shade. Choose post/beam/truss of steel, dimensional wood or rustic log construction.
