DESCRIPTION: Romtec’s model 2033 restroom-concession building stretches just enough to give you two ADA restrooms plus separate concession and storage/mechanical rooms. It’s a handy floor plan for parks and recreation facilities that require secure storage along with concession and public toilets, all in a single building. Travel centers and RV parks can benefit from this well-designed restroom-concession facility. Restrooms can be configured as two unisex public toilets or as separate men’s and women’s rooms. The single-user restrooms meet all ADA, UBC and ANSI requirements. Choose wall construction of concrete (2033) or tilt-up Structural Insulated Panels (2033ES).
