DESCRIPTION: If your situation calls for a double ADA restroom facility plus over 150 sq. ft. of concession space, then Romtec’s model 2032 restroom-concession building is just right. By combining the storage/mechanical uses with the concession space, this pre-engineered building makes an excellent waterpark restroom-concession or restrooms plus office space for parks, tennis courts, skateparks and ballfields. The single-user restrooms meet all ADA, UBC and ANSI requirements. Bathrooms can be configured as two unisex public toilets or as separate men’s and women’s bathrooms. Choose from concrete (2032) or SIP (2032ES) wall construction.
