Together, Romtec’s 8″-thick reinforced concrete walls and SIP (structural insulated panel) roof are a perfect combination for equipment and control buildings. These aren’t just some pre-cast concrete buildings you set on the ground. With permanent, reinforced concrete foundations, Romtec’s heavy-duty concrete utility structures meet the strictest structural requirements for seismic, wind and loads. And they look great, too. Choose the standard exterior of split-face or smooth concrete or select exteriors with masonry, stucco and wood accents to meet any local architectural demands.
